Finding an article
Questica Help is very simple to navigate. Begin typing your question into the Search bar and articles will begin populating based on your keywords. Or if you know what Section you are looking for articles in, click on any of the Sections available to you and search the articles within each section.
Article features
Contents
Certain articles may have a Contents menu on the left hand side for you to skip through to different parts of the article. Use this feature when articles are longer, making them easier to navigate through.
Notes, tips and warnings
Throughout Questica Help, we have highlighted text that we feel is important to bring to your attention.
Notes will give you information that is important to remember or make note of.
Tips will indicate helpful actions or best practices for when working within Questica.
Warnings will highlight possible problems to be aware of or that may arise due to certain actions in Questica.
Provide Feedback
We'd love to get feedback from you so that we can continue to improve Questica Help. At the bottom of each article, you will find the option to indicate "Was this article helpful?". You are able to rate each article by clicking on Yes or No.
