If this is your first time visiting Euna Budget pro, (Questica) Help, you will be presented with our home page where you'll have the ability to create your account.

Creating a new account

1. Start by clicking the Sign In link in the upper right hand corner.
2. Once at the Sign In page, you will see the option to Sign Up.
3. After clicking Sign Up, you'll be requested to enter your name and email address. You will be required to sign up with an email address that belongs to your organization.

   Personal accounts such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc. are not supported.

4. Once you've completed the registration, an email will be sent to you to confirm your account. Simply click the confirmation link in the email, and you're now signed up to use Euna Budget Pro (Questica) Help.

How to log in

1. Start by clicking the Sign In link in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click Sign In.

When signing in, if you select the option Stay signed in, your login session will persist for 2 weeks.

Forgot your password

1. Start by clicking the Sign In link in the upper right hand corner.
2. Click on the Forgot my password link.
3. Enter the email associated with your account and click the Submit button.
4. Follow the instructions provided to you in the password reset email.
